Discussion of projects for educational and professional programs Department of Management. Prof. J.S. Zavadsky with stakeholders

In order to improve the quality of master's training on April 13 at the Department of Management named after Prof. J. S. Zavadskyi held a meeting of the project group on updating and supporting the educational and professional program "Management of organizations and administration " as part of the guarantor the Ph.D. program. Associate professors Department of Management Olga Gogulya , the head of the same department Professor Tetiana Balanovska, associate professors Hanna Kharchencko and Oleksandr Novak attended the meeting with stakeholders.
It was reasonable that in addition to the members of the project group businessmen-employers who already have experience in cooperation with graduates of the program joined the discussion; colleagues from other leading educational institutions who also train managers; directly graduates of the specified program; representatives of the scientific community, NGOs and other stakeholders. Active participants of the meeting to update and improve the content, outline the prospects for the development "Management of Organizations and Administration" educational and professional program were:
Olena Hudz - Ph.D., Professor, Director of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship of the State University of Telecommunications;
Olga Khodakivska - Ph.D., Professor, Corresponding Member of the NAAC, Deputy Director for Scientific and Project Work of the NSC "Institute of Agrarian Economics", FAO expert;
Zoriana Boretska - Ph.D., co-owner of LLC "Vindplast";
Maria Yaroshko - Deputy Head of the Project "German-Ukrainian Agricultural Policy Dialogue" at the National Association of Agricultural Advisory Services of Ukraine "Dorada".
The first with a welcoming speech to the participants addressed the head of the Department Prof. Tetiana Balanovska announced the speeches of her colleagues and asked the guests to sincerely and openly discuss the content of the educational and professional program "Management of organizations and administration" of training of specialists of the second (master's) level of higher education specialty 073 "Management" and to develop suggestions for its improvement.
The next speaker was the guarantor of the educational and professional program "Management of Organizations and Administration" Olga Gogulya, who focused in detail on the main components of the educational program: its goals, features, program competencies and learning outcomes, resource support for the implementation of the program.
Taking turns examining each educational component, the speaker briefly characterized its content and the main competencies with which it equips students. Among the advantages of the curriculum was justified the presence of disciplines not only managerial direction, but also, for example, legal - "Contract Law", marketing - "Marketing Management" and others. It was also noted that based on the analysis of the plans of leading universities in Europe and Ukraine, this year's plan additionally introduced a new discipline "Modern management concepts". Also, Oleksandr Novak described the peculiarities of training bachelors of management profile at the Faculty of Agrarian Management in particular specialization "Management of organizations and administration".
Deputy Director for Scientific and Project Work of the NSC "Institute of Agrarian Economics" Doctor of Economics, Professor Olga Khodakivska emphasized: 1) the presence of clear accents in the program itself and the validity of each educational component, indicating a high level of processing of the presented information; 2) comprehensive training of managers in this program, where within the framework of the presented disciplines extremely important issues are considered, ranging from the development of the applicant's leadership potential to the development of modern digital technologies in management; 3) high level of training of teachers, their close relationship with production, domestic and world science.

Deputy Head of the Project "German-Ukrainian Agricultural Policy Dialogue"Maria Yaroshko is constantly in contact with department during the organization and holding of meetings of foreign experts with students, teachers of the department and the Faculty of Agrarian Management.
In general, the high marks of the content and provision educational and professional program "Management of Organizations and Administration", expressed by scientists and employers during the meeting, are consistent with the high assessment of the current students of the said program, who during the anonymous survey shared their impressions after the assimilation of the theoretical block of educational components of the 1st and 2nd semesters.
The organizers of the meeting sincerely thanked the guests for their feedback, suggestions on the content of the educational program and invited them to further cooperation.
