1996-2001 – Chernihiv State Pedagogical Shevchenko University. 

2009 – defended the PhD thesis «Historical Experience of Land Legislation Development in Ukraine (1917-1921)», specialty 12.00.01 «Theory and History of State and Law; History of Political and Legal Doctrines» (The Institute of State and Law. V.M.Koretsky Nathional Academy of Sciences of Ukraine).

Work activity:

2006 – till now - the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine.

Educational work:

History of the State and Law of Ukraine, History of the State and Law of Foreign Countries, Philosophy of Law.

Educational and methodical work:

The author of more than 60 works on the History of the State and Law of Ukraine, the Problems of Agrarian and Land Law. Among them is the textbook «Agrarian Law of Ukraine» (2010, co-authored, MES stamp), monograph «Land Legislation of the Era of the Ukrainian Revolution» (2010), Handbook on the Study of the Discipline Course «Current Problems of Agrarian Law» (2011, co-authored), monograph «Current Theoretical Problems of the Development of Agrarian Law» (2012, co-authored), textbook «Jurisprudence» (2012, co-authored, MES stamp), «Veterinary Law» (2014, co-authored, MES stamp), the handbook «Agrarian and Legal Science: Topical Issues» (2014, co-authored), 4 electronic training courses.

Scientific and professional interests: 

The range of scientific interests is the History of the State and Law of Ukraine, in particular in the field of the development of the science of Land Law in Ukraine.
