Know yourself: student reflections based on the results of the session

The development of cognition, the dependence of learning on teaching are very ancient in their history in modern education. Ideas and concepts are easier to implement when you have an understanding tool. If a familiar context in training is used, it could make it easier to remember, since the "mnemosyne" of ideas is stored in the brain and adjusts existing knowledge patterns. When in the current conditions we are talking about training (in a broad sense), it cannot just be formal and institutionalized. There should be a focus on what conditions for learning to create, what effective processes to offer to solve learning situations. Aristotle's suggestions about the fifth element, order and harmony, work! And the mysticism of the medieval transformation into "gold" gives everyone a new life of knowledge.

 When a person knows their true virtues, it is easier for them to succeed in their studies and work, determine their place in the team, and become the best. And our university aims to give students the most valuable treasure – knowledge, and you can get it in cozy, spacious classrooms. Actually, here you can find out who you really are, without underestimating and overestimating. We invite you to get acquainted with the opinions of first-year students of NULES of Ukraine who finish their first academic year at the University. A lot of new knowledge was gained, new disciplines were passed, and finally, the theory was consolidated during the session.

 Viktoria: «Every day there was more and more desire to explore, try and open the doors to a new, still unknown life, to outline horizons for myself. This friendly atmosphere fascinated me and inspired me." Natalia: "A friendly team that will always help. Professionals in their field. They showed how interesting and comprehensive my future profession is».

Lily: «The university has an atmosphere of creativity. Striving for knowledge and mutual assistance. Thanks to this wonderful place, I met incredible people from different parts of Ukraine. We learn from each other. I am grateful that I am studying at the most wonderful university!».

Dmytro: «Thanks to the lectures, we delved into historical and social processes, formed our own view of the world around us." Lera: "At the university, I realized that learning is not only about gaining knowledge, but also about developing critical thinking and personal development».

Iryna: "NULES gives us every opportunity to really learn something practically, and for this we have a well-equipped Media Lab."

Kira: "Studying in NULES is sometimes difficult, but everything goes so naturally and well that you don't notice the difficulties. The University constantly conducts events (sports, creative, scientific), which maximize and develop the talents of everyone who strives for it".

Karyna: "I will never forget the exams, especially the first ones. Excitement, nights of preparation, dreams of a high score... and I believe that I can become a qualified journalist at our university."

Anna: «I want to emphasize that it is very cool here. There are the best teachers in here, a beautiful territory and a cozy atmosphere, as if in a family circle. There wasn't a day when I regretted joining here. We have a wise, kind, intelligent, sincere curator. He is like a second father to us – who supports his own children." Natalia: "We studied together for exams, discussed lectures, and enjoyed student life."
