Involvement the foreign lecturers to the process of training the applicants of higher education

An integral part of the educational process is conducting classes with the involvement of foreign lecturers to diversify the taught material and interest students.
On February 13, 2023, began a cycle of guest lectures of the disciplines "Innovation and Investment Activity Management" and "Innovation management" for applicants of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education of the 3rd and 4th courses (English-speaking groups) of the Faculty of Agrarian Management, which will last until the end of the semester.
Among the invited speakers are Dr. Ijaz Yusuf – Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Operations and Supply Chains of the Dr. Hasan Murad School of Management of the University of Management and Technology (Lahore, Pakistan) and Dr. Ampu Harikrishnan – Professor, Vice-Rectorof the Bir Tikendrajit University (Kanchipur, India).
On February 20, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor of the Department of Management named after Professor J. S. Zavadskyi Nadia Reznik invited Professor Ampu Harikrishnan to a lecture on the discipline "Innovation and Investment Activity Management" to cover the current topic of "Innovations in Management". Another foreign guest was Professor Ijaz Yusuf, who on February 21 held a lecture on the topic "Innovative Management" and focused in detail on the Japanese philosophy "Kaizen" for improvement of production processes.
In fruitful collaboration with Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Nadia Reznik during the lectures, a lot of modern problems and challenges in management were highlighted and discussed, as well as approaches to their solution were discussed. These and other questions were reflected in the topics: "Innovation Management", "Technology Innovation" and others. It is worth noting that all online lectures were accompanied by active discussions.
The students accepted the teacher's initiative with interest, the group was active and everyone tried to discover something new by asking questions to the guest lecturers.
The applicants of higher education thank Dr. Ijaz Yusuf and Dr. Ampu Harikrishnan for interesting lectures and expert opinion on current issues of innovation management and hope to meet in the future.
