NUBiP of Ukraine and Institut Polytechnique UniLaSalle Sign Double Degree Agreement

On 6 February 2026 National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine and Institut Polytechnique UniLaSalle (France) held a ceremonial online signing of the Articulation Agreement, opening opportunities for Ukrainian students to obtain a double degree: Bachelor's degree from NUBiP of Ukraine and French Master's degree in Engineering (Diplôme d'ingénieur).


Representing NUBiP of Ukraine at the online meeting were Rector Prof. Vadym TKACHUK, Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work and International Affairs Dr Oleksandr LABENKO, Associate Professor of the Department of Analytical and Bioinorganic Chemistry and Water Quality Olha KRAVCHENKO, and Acting Dean of the Faculty of Agrobiology Volodymyr ZAVHORODNII. The French side was represented by Philippe CHOQUET, President of Institut Polytechnique UniLaSalle, Thomas HULL, Delegate of the International Relations Office at the Rennes campus, Natalia NEAU, Delegate of the International Relations Office at the Rouen campus, and Sébastien RIEDER, Director of International Relations.


During the meeting, both parties expressed mutual gratitude for their long-standing collaboration and discussed opportunities for academic mobility for students and staff. Particular attention was given to funding exchange programmes through Erasmus+ and with support from Crédit Agricole.


Philippe CHOQUET, who also serves as Chairman of the FESIC federation and has extensive experience working with Crédit Agricole, emphasised the strategic importance of the partnership with NUBiP of Ukraine. Sébastien RIEDER noted UniLaSalle's readiness to provide scholarships for Ukrainian students subject to funding availability. Both universities expressed their commitment to expanding cooperation and will consider adding new English-taught programmes following academic validation from both sides.
