Tetyana Balanovska was born on July 17, 1972 in Lugyny village, Zhytomyr region.

In 1989 she finished education at Lugyny secondary school No. 1.

In 1994 she graduated from the Ukrainian State Agrarian University (now National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine) with flying colours majoring in “Economics and management in agriculture” and obtaining qualification of economist and organizer.

In 1994-1996 Tetyana Balanovska worked as a trainee-teacher at the Department of Production Management of the Ukrainian State Agrarian University. From 1996 till 1999 she was a graduate student of the National Agrarian University.

In 1999-2001 he was an assistant at the Department of Management and Marketing of the National Agrarian University.

In November 1999, Tetyana Balanovska defended her thesis for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences on “Human resources management in agriculture of Ukraine”. The Specialized Scientific Council of the National Agrarian University granted Tetyana Balanovska the scientific degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences, specialty 08.06.02 - Business, management and marketing.

From 2001 till 2011 she worked as an Associate Professor of Y.S. Zavadskyy Department of Management of the National Agrarian University (since 2007- concurrently).

In February 2003 she was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor of Management.

In August 2007 Tetyana Balanovska was appointed as the Scientific Secretary of the National Agrarian University, and in December 2007 - Vice-Rector Chief Scientific Secretary of the National Agrarian University (since October 30, 2008 – the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine).

Since June 2011 she works as a Professor Y.S. Zavadskyy Department of Management of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine (concurrently).

In May 2014 Tetyana Balanovska was awarded the title of Professor of the Department of Management.
Tetyana Balanovska was the scientific supervisor of 4 candidates of sciences and now continues this work with 3 graduate students.

She published over 100 scientific (on the problems of management in general and human resources management, in particular) and educational works; she is the co-author of 2 monographs and 6 textbooks (approved by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine).

Since 2001, Tetyana Balanovska performs the duties of the Scientific Secretary of the Specialized Scientific Councils of NULES of Ukraine on defending theses for the degree of candidate of economic sciences and doctor of economic sciences. During her work, 270 theses were defended.

Tetyana Balanovska was awarded with the Sign of Honour of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine (2008), the Diploma of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (2010), the Diploma of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (2011).
