Education and Research Laboratory of Bioeconomics participated in MML workshop “Towards the green transition: boosting regional bioeconomy uptake through education and engagement”
Transition2bio aims to facilitate the transition towards a more sustainable production, consumption and lifestyle by raising awareness on bioeconomy; exploiting communication tools and activities developed by EU funded bioeconomy projects and other relevant initiatives in form of Actionable Knowledge for the stakeholders; developing engaging and educational activities which will contribute to the transition towards a more sustainable production, consumption and lifestyles; and strengthening the activities of the European Bioeconomy Network, an alliance of more than 70 projects and initiatives promoting the bioeconomy.
Education and Research Laboratory of Bioeconomics of the Faculty of Agricultural Management of NUBiP of Ukraine participated in the Mobilization and Mutual Learning (MML) workshop “Towards the green transition: boosting regional bioeconomy uptake through education and engagement”, held by Q-Plan International (Transition2bio).
This Workshop aimed to discuss, in the form of a local dialogue, the main challenges in the communication and education of the bioeconomy at regional level, highlighting good practices and identifying future actions in the field. Representatives from regional initiatives supporting the implementation of bioeconomy methods attended the presentation of the Transition2Bio capacity-building programme in an interactive digital round table with the audience.
