Academic mobility in France: experience of cooperation with JUNIA University

On February 9-13, 2026, within the framework of the Erasmus+ academic mobility program, Associate Professor of the department of statistics and economic analysis Oksana MAKARCHUK took part in an international internship in the city of Lille (France) at the JUNIA School of engineering and applied sciences.


The Erasmus+ academic mobility program coordinator, Vira PANEPEIN, organized interaction with university lecturers to participate in the academic mobility program at JUNIA University. Scientific supervisors, Ulku TARHAN and Wang HONG VU, in their turn, facilitated the exchange of pedagogical experience within the framework of teaching their disciplines.


As part of the visit, a series of lectures on market research was held for 4th-year students of the «International business development» training area. During the classes, modern approaches to organizing market research, methods of collecting and analyzing information, as well as practical aspects of using research results in making management decisions were considered.


Also, as part of the B2B marketing course for master's students, a lecture was held on the methodology for developing a questionnaire for qualitative research. Students were introduced to the principles of question formation, the structure of the questionnaire, the requirements for the correctness of wording and ensuring the reliability of the results obtained.


The internship became an important platform for professional exchange of experience, discussion of modern educational methods and establishment of prospects for further international cooperation.


Participation in the Erasmus+ program contributes to the internationalization of the educational process, improving the quality of student training and integration into the European educational space. With the help of this mobility, there is an opportunity to continue cooperation with lecturers from various universities, in particular the JUNIA Higher School of engineering and applied sciences, both in the educational and scientific spheres.
