Doctor of Economic Sciences, professor, Excellence in Education of Ukraine.
Department of tax and insurance business founded in October 2000 by decision of the Council of National Agricultural University to provide training of highly qualified personnel for the State Tax Administration of Ukraine and its regional inspectorates, insurance companies, formation and development of research in the field of taxation and insurance farms . The first head of the department was doctor of economic sciences, professor, corresponding member of NAAN Laiko P.A., who led the department from October 2000 to February 2011
Since April 2011 the department is headed by Doctor of Economic Sciences, professor Hudoliy Lybov Mihailivna
SCIENTIFIC AND RESEARCH WORK
Significant activities of the department aims at training highly qualified scientific and research work. The department of postgraduate study 15 graduate students and 5 candidates. Faculty conduct research in the state, self-financing and initiating topics of research. Thus, for the Ministry of Economy made the following scientific developments: "Justification of funding sources and efficiency of agricultural science and education in the transition to market" and "Theoretical and methodological foundations to improve forms management, economic mechanism, market infrastructure in agriculture production and rural development" and for the Ministry of Agrarian Policy - "Development of conditions and rules of mandatory insurance of crops and perennial crops." Obtained reasonable conclusions and proposals used by the Verkhovna Rada, the CM of Ukraine, the Ministry of Agriculture and other authorities in the States laws and regulations on finance, tax and taxation.

A well organized system of cooperation department of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine and a number of insurance companies, such as "Skayd", "Alico" and others. Provides local students' practical training. After graduation, graduates are in demand in agricultural enterprises, insurance companies and tax inspections.
Hudoliy Lybov Mihailivna
Doctor of Economic Sciences, professor, Excellence in Education of Ukraine.
Born May 5, 1953 in Bryanka Luhansk region.
Gained practical experience in poultry economist, studied in graduate school. Fruitfully worked as a junior, senior researcher, Head of Department, Deputy Head of Pricing NSC "Institute of Agrarian Economy of Agrarian Sciences" (1980-1999 years). In 1999 he defended his doctoral dissertation "The economic mechanism of formation and functioning of the grain market in Ukraine." From 2000 to 2008 headed the department of finance and banking, "European University". Since September of 2008 worked as a professor of finance NUBiP. Since April 2011 head of the department of tax and insurance NUBiP Ukraine. Director of Education and Research Center of the economy, accounting and finance. Author of over 150 scientific and educational - methodical works, among which 8 of personal and collective monographs, 5 textbooks, 12 recommendations and guidelines, and numerous pamphlets and papers.
