In order to acquaint the applicants of higher education with the features of leadership and motivational management in organizations of the banking sector, on April 10, 2024, an Associate Professor of the Department of Management named after Professor J. S. Zavadskyi, Hanna Kharchencko organized a meeting with Oleksandr Hryhorenko as part of the activities of the student scientific DNA Leader Club.
During the meeting, Oleksandr Hryhorenko introduced the students to his life path, starting with his studies, then career development to his current position, deputy head of the regional sales department in the Kyiv region of PJSC "First Ukrainian International Bank". The guest told students that the work motivation is a significant factor in the progress and development of Ukrainian banking institutions. In order to improve the motivation of bank personnel, it is necessary to bring the interests of the bank closer to the interests of its employees and vice versa. Oleksandr Grigorenko noted that, along with material, it is necessary to use moral encouragement as one of the cheapest and most effective motivational elements.
High professionalism and competence of the guest caused interest, positive impressions, appropriate conversation and reaction of the applicants of higher education. Attendees had the opportunity to ask questions and express their opinions. The meeting took place in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, and those present expressed their sincere gratitude to Oleksandr Hryhorenko for an interesting and informative report.
