From the technical aspects of design to the role of emotional intelligence in project management - the research topics of bachelors of the Production and Investment Management Department know no bounds

From June 13, 2023, in accordance with Order No. 546 of May 26, 2023, the period of presenting of bachelor's qualification theses by full-time students of the first (bachelor) level of the "Management" specialty began at the Faculty of Agrarian Management. In accord with the approved schedule, the students of the "Management of Investment Activity and International Projects" educational trajectory were the first to start the presentation.

The dean of the Аgrarian management faculty, candidate of economic sciences, associate professor Anatoliy Ostapchuk addressed the audience with an opening speech and familiarized everyone with the order of rector Stanislav Nikolaienko on the composition of the examination committee and wished the bachelors a successful presentation of their final theses.

The head of the examination committee, doctor of economic sciences, associate professor Vira Butenko also congratulated the participants and started the work of the committee.

All presented bachelor's qualification works were completed in compliance with the requirements, contained specific calculations, suggestions for improvement and thorough conclusions. The relevance, creativity, and versatility of the chosen areas of research were followed in each work. The range of selected topics was wide: from the development of a business plan for an IT project, franchising as a tool for the development of the company's investment activities, the peculiarities of the investment policy in Ukraine, to the management of the investment project team and the role of emotional intelligence in project management.

All members of the examination commission were pleasantly impressed by the high level of preparation of the works. Each study was unique and innovative. Students confidently answered questions and proved their point of view.

Our dear bachelors! We are proud of each of you! Despite the rather complex modern realities in which your studies took place, you did not get lost, you rallied and showed a fairly high level of knowledge. You have become real specialists.

We are sure that you will not stop there, so we say to you: "See you in the master's program on the EP "Management of Investment Activity and International Projects " already in the autumn. Let's master all the secrets of project management together!"!
