Online event on the topic: "Mental Health Awareness Program"

On October 6, the Abha Mission SHE team and Grads International School (India) with the participation of teachers, graduate students and students of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine and the National Aviation University (Ukraine) held online event on the topic: "Mental Health Awareness Program".
One of the organizers of this event was a professor of the Department of Management named after Professor J. S. Zavadskyi, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Nadia Reznik, who invited graduate students and students from Ukraine to participate in online event.
All the reports were prepared in the form of presentations, the participants were able to discover and discuss the current problems of mental health in general and during the war in Ukraine.
During their reports, the participants of the event from the Ukrainian were able to convey to their colleagues from India all the pain and suffering of the Ukrainian people to date, and also shared their experience and methods that help them calm down and find inner balance in difficult life situations.
In general, the online meeting took place for 5 hours. Indian experts also shared their rich experience. They suggested prayers and songs on positive topics as their methods. After the event, everyone received participant certificates.
