Internship is an integral part of the professional development of scientific and pedagogical employees

Professional development of the scientific and pedagogical employees involves a continuous process of acquiring new and improving previously acquired professional and general competencies necessary for professional activity. One of the main components of the professional development of scientific and pedagogical employees is an internship.
During June 5-11, 2022, the head of the Department of Management named after Professor J. S. Zavadskyi Tetiana Balanovska completed an internship according to the Erasmus+ academic mobility program at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) under the supervision of the professor of the Department of Economics and Organization of Enterprises of the Institute of Economics and Finance, Dr. hab. Agata Malak-Rawlikowska. According to the internship program, lessons held with the students of bachelor’s level of the economics department.
During her internship, Tetiana Balanovska had meetings with the Director of the Institute of Economics and Finance, Dr. hab., Professor Mariush Matseichak, and the Director of the Institute of Management, Dr. hab., Professor Yoanna Palishkevych, where they discussed possible areas of further cooperation. In addition, she attended online meeting of the Institute of Management, where learned more about the main areas of its activity.
Tetiana Balanovskaalso had a meaningful meeting with the director of the doctoral school, Dr. hab. Yustyna Frants- Dabrovska and Associate Professor of the Institute of Management Dr. Barbara Vyzhykovska. In this meeting they discussed the training plans for doctoral students and outlined possible areas of cooperation, in particular, internships at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences for applicants of higher education of the Doctor of Philosophy degree of the educational and scientific program "Management" of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine.
On June 9, 2022, at the invitation of Agata Malak-Rawlikowska, Tetiana Balanovska took part in the II International Scientific Conference "Economic and Social Consequences of the COVID-19 Pandemic".
At the meeting with the head of the Department of Economics and Organization of Enterprises of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, Dr. hab., Professor Henrik Runovski, Tetiana Balanovska discussed the issue of training higher education students and conducting scientific research.
On June 10, 2022, Tetyana Balanovska took part in the meeting of the Department of Economics and Organization of Enterprises, where also was the head of the Department of Public Management and Administration of the Sumy National Agrarian University Olena Slavkova, Professor of the Department of Marketing of the Poltava State Agrarian University Nataliya Gerasimchuk, senior lecturer of the Department of Management named after Professor J. S. Zavadskyi Kristina Dramaretska. During this meeting Ukrainian colleagues provided information about their scientific research during internship at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.
