STUDYING THE MASTER PROGRAM "INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT AND INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS" IS A STEP TO SUCCESSFUL CAREER

On June 12, 2019, the Department of Production and Investment Management held the defense of graduation papers of masters of the specialty "Management", educational-scientific program "Management of investment activity and international projects".
It is necessary to note the high level of preparation of the submitted papers for defense of master's works and to observe that all chosen themes of research are distinguished by their unordinary, innovative approach and creativity.

For example, the thesis "Features of Choosing Sources of Financing of Investment Projects " by Shwed Diana could not help attracting attention as it proved to be a fundamental research on the selection of sources of financing for investment projects.

Dmitry Kutsenko's work was devoted to the issue of state regulation of investment activity in Ukraine, the search for effective instruments of state management of the investment process, which focuses on the development of state investment policy, the formation and improvement of laws and other legal acts, the provision of tax privileges, increased control over targeted use state investment funds, etc.

Тhe greatest attention was attracted by the extraordinary, business-project development based on the practice of our graduates.
"Features of the business design of a greenhouse for growing greenery" is the work of Olga Lazoryshchak, in which she made detailed calculations of the project on growing green, taking into account possible risks and threats.

The business project on the creation and operation of microenterprises in beekeepers by Victor Nechyporenko impressed with its novelty because every year it becomes harder for our country to remain among the leaders in honey production in Europe and in the world.

Everyone knows that the most acute problem of our cities and other settlements is the problem of disposal and processing of solid domestic and industrial waste. Therefore, the proposed business plan by Yevgeny Kyrylenko for the creation of a private mini waste recycling plant, the development of measures to improve legislation on the treatment of solid waste, as well as the proposed ways of developing this sphere as a private business sector in Ukraine is a very relevant topic of the study.

Master's work by Olena Nikitina "Business Designing of Goat Milk Processing Companies" was presented with a presentation of produced products.

The work of Danch Olga "The impact of foreign investment on Ukraine's economic security" is equally relevant as the investment component of economic security is central to the overall economic security of the country.

The work of Ivan Grinishyn investigating innovative solutions in youth leisure organization, namely the development of a new sport in Ukraine, namely cybersport, and its creative approach to this issue, gave us an opportunity to look at the issues of youth leisure organization, on the other hand, taking into account the requirements of the present.

Anastasia Korotun in her work "Risk Management of Innovation Projects" thoroughly researched and developed meaningful practical recommendations for improving risk management in the implementation of innovative projects in the environmental field.

Master's work of Lilia Gorona is a meaningful and comprehensive research devoted to the actual topic of effective management of investment activity in one of the most important components of the economy, i.e. the agrarian sector on the example of PJSC "Myronivsky Hliboproduct", gave an opportunity to provide real proposals for improving the investment process in agrarian enterprises.

We are proud of our researchers who are already working in the leading domestic and foreign companies!

We do not stop there. There is a lot of work to do ahead of us, i.e. to implement joint projects with our targeted students who thanks to successful training in the educational and research program "Management of investment activities and international projects" have become no longer masters, but real Specialists with a capital letter!
