In 2016, the Department of International Relations and Social Sciences received a license from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine to conduct training of bachelors in the specialty "International Relations, Public Communications and International Studies", and in 2017 successfully carried out the first recruitment of students in the mentioned specialty.
It was then that career guidance work became an integral part of the work of the department's employees, who also actively participate in the scientific, educational and educational processes within the Faculty of Humanities and Pedagogy and the University.
The main goal of the department's career guidance work is to form a contingent of students and present the faculty as an authoritative scientific and educational center and the university as an institution of higher education that trains highly qualified specialists.
The career guidance work of the Department of International Relations and Social Sciences has several priority tasks, in particular:
- participation in exhibitions, competitions, fairs, presentations;
- holding Open Days, job fairs, etc.;
- coordination of students' work on issues of conducting career guidance events, dissemination of relevant information about the department, faculty, university, and carrying out campaigning and advertising activities.
All career guidance work of the Department of International Relations and Social Sciences is carried out within the framework of the career guidance work plan of the department and faculty and is aimed at assisting young people in the issue of professional self-determination.
