The 3rd All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference of applicants of the higher education and young scientists "Actual Issues of Management Theory and Practice in the Conditions of Modern Challenges" was held

October 11, 2023, the Department of Management named after Prof. J. S. Zavadskyi hosted the 3rd All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical online Conference of applicants of the higher education and young scientists "Actual Issues of Management Theory and Practice in the Conditions of Modern Challenges". In total, more than 100 participants took part in the conference, representing not only our university but also other institutions of higher education in Ukraine.
The conference's purpose was to exchange experiences regarding current issues of theory and practice of management in the conditions of modern challenges, as well as search for ways to solve current management problems for a strategic perspective.
The conference began with a welcome speech by Larisa Karpenko, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Agrarian Management, who noted the relevance and timeliness of such an event, and wished all participants productive work and interesting discussions.
Then the Head of the Department of Management named after Prof. J. S. Zavadskyi Tetiana Balanovska, noted the extreme urgency of holding such events among the applicants of higher education and young scientists.
The topics of the reports covered a wide range of issues: management of commodity and material stocks of agricultural enterprises; motivation of enterprise personnel in modern conditions; the role of digitization in enterprise development; the product policy of the enterprise and the problems of its formation; directions for increasing the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises; formation of the HR-management system in the enterprise under martial law and many others.
Based on the results of the event, the Organizing Committee decided to recognize the best speakers and their research. Thus, the prize winners of the conference were:
1st place – Oleg Bilukha, Anastasia Dubovska, Victoria Sidenko;
2nd place - Anna Laichuk, Tetiana Chaban, Maria Makhnovets;
3rd place – Gulevata Oksana, Hryshko Vyacheslav, Maria Osenko.
The Organizing Committee thanked all the participants of the 3rd All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical online Conference of higher education graduates and young scientists "Actual Issues of Management Theory and Practice in the Conditions of Modern Challenges" for their interest, reports and interesting ideas and invited them to further cooperation.
