NUBiP students

Erasmus+ KA131 and KA171 is a programme of international short-term exchange programmes that provides students with the opportunity to study or do an internship abroad. The programme is funded by the European Union and aims to exchange experience and knowledge between higher education institutions in different countries.
Programme Purpose: Exchange of knowledge, experience, teaching and research methods, development of communication skills, critical thinking and professional competences.
Who is it for? For bachelor's, master's and PhD students.
Important for postgraduate students: to meet the needs of combining study and research practice of postgraduate students or during their involvement in the work of an educational institution, a flexible format (physical mobility 2-12 months; mixed mobility 5-30 days) and various forms were introduced: short-term study (5-30 days); long-term study (2-12 months); research practice (as a component of study).
Funding: The Erasmus+ grant covers the cost of transfer (Distance Calculator) and accommodation in the amount of 800/850/900 euros per month. The grant is paid upon arrival at the partner university.
The participant of the mobility receives an official invitation/acceptance letter from the host institution, which, among other things, contains detailed information on the period, funding conditions, other features of the specific mobility and visa.
Visa issues are the responsibility of the mobility participant, as the embassies of foreign countries in Ukraine always indicate that all visa applications must be made in person.
Where you can travel: To the ERASMUS+ partner university according to the available places.
Duration: 2-12 months (usually one, rarely two academic terms).
Eligibility requirements:
- Be a student of NUBiP
- Knowledge of English (at least B2 level)
- Academic performance at least 74 points
List of required documents for students (in English):
- CV (Europass format) by clicking on Europass you will be immediately directed to the website.
- Motivation letter (up to 1 page), which should contain answers to the following questions:
- Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
- What do I want to do in the future, and how will this programme help me with this?
- What knowledge and skills do you expect to acquire?
- Why are you better than other candidates for the chosen programme?
- An extract from your academic record (or a copy verified by the dean's office) translated into English
- A copy of your international passport
- For boys - сertificate of English language proficiency
▶ The package of documents in electronic form must be collected in one ZIP archive, each of the documents must be a PDF file, the sequence of files in the ZIP archive is as specified above (documents in another format will not be considered).
▶ The file name should contain the name of the university and the name of the applicant (for example: SGGW_2025_Kozak)
