NUBiP staff

Erasmus+ KA131 and KA171 is a programme of international short-term exchange programmes that provides academic staff and administrative staff of higher education institutions with opportunities for internships, teaching and professional development. The programme is funded by the European Union and aims to exchange experience and knowledge between higher education institutions from different countries.
Programme purpose: Exchange of knowledge, experience, teaching and research methods, development of communication skills, critical thinking and professional competences.
Who is it for? For employees and teachers of higher education institutions.
Duration: 5 days - 2 months (additional 2 days for travelling).
Teaching hours: min. 8 hours per week or 4 hours if combined with an internship.
Format:
- teaching
- on-the-job training (job shadowing)
- and/or internships at the university or partner organisation
Funding: The Erasmus+ grant covers transfer costs (Distance Calculator), accommodation costs in the amount of 140/160/180 EUR per day.
▶ The amount of the mobility grant is specified in the terms and conditions of the competition, in the invitation letter, in the study or mobility agreement. It is important to note that there is a type of grant called zero grant (0 euros), where the participant covers all costs on their own (in this case, the exchange is free, but travel and accommodation costs are not covered). Check the amount of the grant at the beginning of the application process.
