Postgraduate studies

The scientific work of the department is based on the scientific traditions established in the 60-80s of the last century, when most of the current members of the department were just beginning their educational and scientific careers. It is significant that 7 out of 10 scientific-pedagogical employees of the department are students of postgraduate and doctoral studies at the department on the subject of its scientific schools.
Only in the last century, 40 candidates of chemical sciences and 2 doctors of chemical sciences were trained through the postgraduate program of the department, and another 4 candidates of sciences of the department became doctors of sciences in other educational and scientific institutions.
In the 21st century, the department continues the training of graduate students and doctoral students in the specialty 02.00.01 - inorganic chemistry, and since 2016 - the training of PhD (Doctor of Philosophy) in the specialty 102 Chemistry, training profiles: "Inorganic Chemistry" and "Environmental Safety".
