Tykhenko Ruslan Viktorovych

In 2001, he graduated with honors from the National Agrarian University with a degree in Land Management and Cadastre and received the qualification of a land surveyor.

Certified land surveyor, certified surveyor, appraiser for expert monetary valuation of land plots, auctioneer for conducting land auctions.

In 2009, he defended his dissertation in the specialty 08.00.06 - economics of natural resources and environmental protection on the topic "Environmental and economic efficiency of land management in the context of the transformation of land relations in Ukraine"

The main areas of scientific and scientific-organizational research are the regulation of land relations, land management, land use economics, rural development, rational use and protection of land, optimization of the use of reclaimed and forest lands, atlas mapping.
