International activities
An important place at the Department of Land Resources Management is given to international activities. The scientific and pedagogical staff of the department promote the participation of students and postgraduates in international conferences, symposia and round tables. Partnerships have been established with the Vienna University of Life Sciences (Austria).
In 2021-2024, the staff of the department (O.S. Dorosh, I.P. Kupriyanchyk, E.V. Butenko, R.V. Tykhenko, G.M. Kolisnyk) underwent internships abroad - at the Latvian University of Life Sciences and Technology.
Thanks to the scientific and pedagogical staff of the department, cooperation has been established with the State Service of Geodesy, Cartography and Land Management and its local units, the State Enterprise "Institute of Land Use of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine", the Center for the State Land Cadastre, the Institute of Agrarian Economics, the State Institution "Institute of Environmental Economics and Sustainable Development" of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, domestic and foreign educational institutions. Such cooperation ensures the employment of graduates of the department in the best jobs in their specialty.
In June 2024, work was established with the Institute of Rural Development and Agriculture of the Polish Academy of Sciences (IRWiR PAN), Warsaw (Poland); Dicle University, Diyarbakır, (Turkey), Karshyn Engineering and Economics Institute (Uzbekistan); NGO "Gradina Moldovei" (Moldova); Small Scale Farmers Association of Romania "Eco Ruralis" (Romania) within the framework of the June 7-8, 2024 I International Scientific and Practical Conference "Modern Challenges in Land Resources Management".
In September 2024, the international conference "European Dimension of Development and Mutual Cooperation of Polish and Ukrainian Regions" was held in Warsaw (Republic of Poland), organized by the Committee on Spatial Planning of the Polish Academy of Sciences, the Institute of Geography of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the Polish Academy of Sciences and held under the auspices of the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy. The conference was also attended by scientific and pedagogical workers of the National University of Life Resources and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine.
