We summarize the results of mastering the distance learning courses “EU Practices of Inclusive Projecting”, “EU Social Inclusion Policy” and “EU Studies of Social Innovation” within the implementation of the Erasmus+ Program Project, Jean Monnet Module “EU Practices of Social and Economic Inclusion”
Training is one of the key elements of the project. Participants of the distance education were presented by higher education students, scientists and employees of the universities of Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, Irpen, Kremenchuk, Kharkiv. More than 75% of student representatives and 25% of other groups of listeners obtained certificates.
The modern educational space is riddled with numerous contradictions between “global and local”, “social and individual”, “traditions and modernity”, “the need for competition and ensuring rights on an equal basis”, “knowledge and actions”, etc. All these challenges were actualized in the training courses: “EU Practices of Inclusive Projecting”, “EU Social Inclusion Policy” and “EU Studies of Social Innovation” with an emphasis on practical experience of the European Union’s countries.
Courses development and consultations were provided by: Project Coordinator, Doctor of Economics, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Professor of the Department of Production and Investment Management Lidiia Shynkaruk, project participants, Doctor of Economics, Professor of the Department of Production and Investment Management Maryna Dielini and Doctor of Economics, Professor of the Department of Production and Investment Management Emiliia Prushkivska.
Each training course was provided with a program, lectures with interesting and informative presentations. In the process of mastering the selected courses, the participants were able to acquire important competencies that will open up opportunities for professional development, to deepen their knowledge of EU practice regarding the implementation of social innovations, inclusiveness of society, and social inclusion.
The acquired knowledge and competences provide the participants with the opportunity to adapt their activities in accordance with the challenges of the martial law in Ukraine and the development of new projects in this direction.
We hope that together we will make national socio-economic space inclusive, innovative and socially integrated!
