The internship program is deeply embedded in the context of contemporary international economics, where digitalization, financial security, and innovative management models play a pivotal role in shaping the global competitiveness of countries and academic institutions.
The experience gained is directly aligned with the Department's ongoing research in the field of SMART university governance under extraordinary challenges, including energy instability, military risks, and economic turbulence. It also supports the implementation of SMART tools aimed at effective institutional management in the context of digital transformation.
Natalia Vdovenko also presented the Department’s developments related to the integration of micro-credentialing initiatives, including the course “Aquafarming Navigator”, as an example of a digital educational product with both economic and social value. This course is positioned as a relevant SMART instrument for the recovery of agricultural universities in the post-crisis context and for enhancing the active reintegration of veterans into socio-economic life.
