Results of the work of the employers' council of the faculty of humanities and pedagogy

The existing needs and requirements of modern society, production and the labor market are the determining factors of changes in educational processes. Now high-quality training of specialists is aimed at forming a competent specialist, taking into account the development of the economy, science, technology and technologies. Today's effectiveness of professional training, first of all, depends on the effective organization of the educational process, which is based on optimal educational and educational work, purposeful implementation of pedagogical approaches and conditions aimed at developing the personality of a creative specialist. Therefore, in order to improve the educational process in the training of specialists, employers' councils were established at the University.
 2022-2023 academic year for NULES of Ukraine was very difficult from the point of view of organizing the educational process when our state is under martial law. However, even in such difficult conditions, this year at the faculty of humanities and pedagogy, the employers' council worked productively, with the main task of studying the effectiveness of training specialists and then directing it to meet the current needs and requirements of the labor market.

 The most significant results of cooperation with employers this year in the process of training specialists in the specialty "Psychology" should include:
- improvement and modernization of educational and professional programs of educational degrees "Bachelor" and "master";
- organization of educational and industrial practices of students on powerful bases (Inclusive Resource Center No. 1 of Holosiivsky district of the city of Kyiv, Gymnasium № 109 after T. Shevchenko of Kyiv);
- conducting practical classes on the basis of the inclusive Resource Center No. 1 of the Holosiivsky district of Kyiv in the discipline "Pathopsychology" on the topic: "Methods of research of intellectual disorders", which were used to study diagnostic tools and methods of its application, features of interpretation and application of the results obtained.
  Fruitful cooperation with employers in training specialists in educational and professional programs of the specialty "Journalism" allowed the following:
- on the recommendation of the employer Illya Suzdalev the content of the educational components of the program "Medianalytics and media psychology", "Acting and directing", "Screenwriting" and "Media Psychology" was revised and modernized;
- on the recommendation of the employer Alla Didenko (journalist, chief specialist of the communication department of the Department of information policy, communication and protocol activities of the Secretariat of the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for human rights) it has been proposed to modernize educational components and introduce the discipline "Media project management";
- training and production practices on the basis of Ukraina Moloda newspaper have been organised (employer Mikhailo Doroshenko, Ukrainian journalist and politician, founder and editor-in-chief of the newspaper), Belsat TV in Ukraine (employer Illya Suzdalev, head of the TV channel) and on the basis of the Union of agrarian journalists of Ukraine (head Larysa Huk);
- students are involved in the preparation of programs of various levels, master classes and meetings.

  To the most significant results of cooperation with employers this year in the process of training specialists in the specialty "International relations, public communications and regional studies" should be included:
- Kateryna Bilotil, first secretary of the Directorate of Public Diplomacy and communications of the Ministry of foreign affairs of Ukraine the educational component "International cooperation in the agricultural sector" has been improved;
- Bohdan Ferens, chief consultant to the secretariat of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Ukraine's integration into the EU, the recommendation was given to supplement the content of the discipline "agrarian diplomacy" in connection with: the destruction of agricultural products by russian troops in Ukraine, the blocking of sea routes for the export of Ukrainian food, the impact of the Ukrainian-russian conflict on food security in the world, cooperation between Ukraine and its western neighbors to increase the ability to export agricultural products by land and river routes;
- Stanislav Zhelikhovsky, candidate of political sciences, leading specialist of Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine after Hennadiy Udovenko under the Ministry of foreign affairs of Ukraine, it was proposed to expand the content of agricultural training;
- training and production practices are organized on the basis of the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine named after  Hennadiy Udovenko at the Ministry of foreign affairs of Ukraine, of the Institute for political and ethnonational studies after I. F. Kuras of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Ukrainian Institute of politics, Institute of foreign policy studies.
 Cooperation with employers in training specialists in educational and professional programs in the field of training 01 "Education / Pedagogy"  allowed the following:
- on the recommendation of the employer Yulia Yevtushenko (deputy HR director of Central Region Silpo-Food LLC) the content of educational components was revised and modernized and the course "SMM management in education" was introduced;
- on the recommendation of the employer Vasyl Krasniuk (director of VSP "Berezovorudsky Professional College") the content of educational components was revised and modernized and the course "Leadership and administration" was introduced;
- training and production practices on the basis of "Berezovorudsky Professional College", Kyiv professional and pedagogical college after A. Makarenko, BTU Center have been organized;
- furniture for the laboratory of the department of pedagogy and the Center for social and psychological rehabilitation (Silpo-Food LLC Center, BTU Center) have been purchased.

 It is worth noting that the employers' council of the faculty of humanities and pedagogy also developed a plan and ways of further effective work.
