Completion of the discipline «Team Building and Personnel Management» by foreign students majoring in «FEA Management»
Tehoua Kadio Jean Amos from Ivory Coast and Fadoju Ruth from Nigeria have completed a distance learning course in Team Building and Personnel Management in distance learning in the 2nd semester. Students studied hard, performed all tasks at a high level, successfully mastered the case of well-known international companies on how to build a highly efficient team and build a balanced and highly effective personnel management system.
Together we learned how to take into account individual characteristics to build an effective team, how to apply knowledge about the level of conformity in team decisions, what is the structure of preferences and how to apply deindividualization to create team spirit in the team, how to build a team based on a typological approach, how to build system of admission and dismissal, how to assess the individual contribution of the employee to the overall result of the company, how the manager should behave in the organization according to the situational approach.
The discipline was taught by Oleksandra Ralko, Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative Management and Foreign Economic Activity. The results of the students are impressive, the staff of the department will continue to teach in English-language programs at a high level and show how to apply theoretical knowledge in practice.
