Successful completion of the discipline «International Project Management» by foreign students majoring in «FEA Management»
Tehoua Kadio Jean Amos from Ivory Coast and Fadoju Ruth from Nigeria have completed a distance learning course in International Project Management in distance learning in the 2nd semester. Students studied hard, performed all tasks at a high level, successfully mastered the case of well-known international companies on how to create a project team, how to write a project proposal, where to get funding and how to manage international projects with a multinational team.
Together we learned how to determine which project idea will be successful, how to prescribe the purpose and objectives of the project, what is a project passport, how to calculate basic indicators of project effectiveness, how to identify and work with stakeholders, how to identify project risks, which projects and project financing schemes, what are the ways to plan and monitor the progress of the project.
Students have developed their own projects, created project passports, calculated project performance indicators and are ready to implement them.
The discipline was taught by Oleksandra Ralko, Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative Management and Foreign Economic Activity. The results of the students are impressive, the staff of the department will continue to teach in English-language programs at a high level and show how to apply theoretical knowledge in practice.
