Strengthening international cooperation with Turkey

   Over the last years, the Faculty of Humanities and Pedagogy has transformed qualitatively, developing various fields of activity, opening up new prospects for students and giving them opportunities to gain practical experience. The Faculty pays special attention to expanding the international cooperation horizons. Among partner countries are Poland, China, Czech Republic, Germany and now Turkey.

   On February 6, 2020, at the initiative of Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Pedagogy, Vasyl Shynkaruk, and Dean of the Faculty of Food Technology and Quality Control of Agricultural Products, Larysa Bal-Prylypko, students of both faculties met with potential employers from Turkey, in particular, with Deputy CEO, Sezgin Akpinar, and Head of Recruitment, Olga Silyuk.

   As a result of the meeting, the parties signed a cooperation agreement. According to the agreement, students of the Faculty of Humanities and Pedagogy majoring in “International Relations”, “Philology”, “Journalism”, “Social Work”, “Psychology”, “Food Technologies” will be able to undergo a summer language practice or an internship in Turkey .The expenses will be covered by the hosting party. In addition, during the summer language practice, students will be employed.

   As a result of successful completion of the language practice/internship, students will receive an international certificate.
