COOPERATION OF NULES OF UKRAINE WITH SECONDARY SCHOOLS OF THE PODILSKIY DISTRICT ARE PROVIDING PROFESSIONAL SELF-DEFINITION OF YOURS, FUTURE STUDENTS

A modern person must be fully developed, initiative, resourceful, must have a large supply of knowledge, skills and competences to be competitive in the labor market. In connection with these changes, modern education, which is provided in the NULES of Ukraine at the humanities and pedagogical faculty, organically includes the development of students' intellectual abilities, forms their thinking culture as the necessary quality of the business potential of the individual. Undoubtedly, the cooperation between the university and secondary schools should promote the professional self-identification of students, first, the identification and development of aptitudes and abilities, the formation of motives for choosing a profession, professional interests, moral and other qualities important for future employment.
Senior pupils (grades 10-11) should be prepared for a reasonable choice of profession and planning the prospects for further education, prospects for studying in the university. Moreover, develop the ability to analyze the current labor market through the assimilation of concepts related to the planning of professional activities (labor market, professional careers, professionally important features, professional competence, professional mobility, etc.). That is why in the walls of Podilsk gymnasium № 107, "Vedenskaya", on March 26, 2019 a meeting of the head of the education department of the Podilskyi district of Kyiv and all the deputies of secondary schools of the region with the assistant professors of the English language department for technical and agrobiological specialties Berezova L., Ponomarenko O., who provided comprehensive information about the humanities and pedagogical faculty and invited students 28.03.2019on the open day of NULES was held.
