The organization of the training of applicants of the second (master's) level of higher education is based on the need to ensure the basic principles of a logical combination of continuity, gradation, consistency and completeness of the formation of educational training.
In accordance with the Regulations on the preparation of master's degrees at the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, the Regulations on the preparation and defense of qualifying master's theses at NULES of Ukraine, the schedule of the educational process at the university, requirements for the organization of preparation and defense of master's qualifying theses on November 9, 2022 at the meeting of the Department of Management named after Professor J. S. Zavadskyi, a poster presentation of applicants of the second (master's) higher education level in the specialty 073 "Management" under the EPP "Management of Organizations and Administration" took place. The results of research for the subject of the preliminary defense of master's qualification theses were also presented by correspondence master's students in the form of presentations.
Rector of the University Stanislav Nikolaienko addressed with a congratulatory word to the applicants of higher education – future masters in management. During the poster presentations, professor Stanislav Nikolaienko asked questions to the speakers, shared his own experience in the field of management and expressed his vision regarding the requirements that modern managers must meet.
The head of the Department of Management named after Professor J. S. Zavadskyi professor Tetiana Balanovskaand the guarantor of the educational and professional program "Management of Organizations and Administration" Olga Gogulya, who informed about the order and regulations regarding the preliminary protection procedure.
The subject of the debate was multifaceted management issues, which were considered in the context of topics of a traditional, innovative and extraordinary nature.
Summarizing the discussion of the reports, posters and presentations of the applicants of the second (master's) level of higher education in the specialty 073 "Management" under the EPP "Management of Organizations and Administration" of full-time and part-time forms of education based on the results of the conducted research, scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Management named after Professor J. S. Zavadskyi was noted for the content of his reports, the validity of his conclusions, the high level of theoretical training of the masters, and the formation of managerial competencies in them. The scientific and pedagogical workers assessed the level of readiness of applicants for defense, provided individual recommendations and suggestions, and also came to the general conclusion that master's qualification works of students can be recommended for defense at the meeting of the Examination Commission.
We wish our students a successful defense, worthily demonstrate their scientific achievements on the topics of master's qualification papers at the final stage – defense of research results at the meeting of the EC and receive the long-awaited master's diploma in the specialty 073 "Management" under the EPP "Management of Organizations and Administration".
