The meeting of the Department of Management named after Professor J. S. Zavadskyi took place on March 22, 2022. Considerable attention was paid to the peculiarities of the work of scientific and pedagogical workers in martial law in Ukraine.
The head of the Department of Management named after Professor J. S. Zavadskyi Tetyana Balanovska informed the staff of the department with up-to-date information about the events that took place in NULES of Ukraine recently.
During the meeting, many important issues were discussed related to the discussion of the educational and professional program "Management of Organizations and Administration" preparation of applicants for the second (master's) level of higher education in the speciality 073 Management of the field of knowledge 07 Management and administration and the educational and of the scientific program "Management" preparation of applicants for the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education in the speciality 073 Management of the field of knowledge 07 Management and administration.
Important areas of discussion of the department life under the current conditions were: establishing communications between research and teaching staff with students; development of individual approaches to each student by the mentor of the academic group; organization of a session of part-time students, etc.
At the end of the meeting, Tetyana Balanovska called on teachers to be active in scientific activity and parental care for students to preserve their mental health and in terms of coordination, planning, controlling of knowledge, establishing individual channels of communication with students.
