Department of Standardization and Certification of Agricultural Products
The department was established on the basis of a decision by the Academic Council of NAU and Order No. 267 of the University Rector dated 20 June 2001 to ensure the training of specialists in quality, standardisation and certification. A distinctive feature of the training of specialists is its openness, multi-vector nature and multi-variant approach in each area of activity.
The aim of the department is to train highly qualified specialists in the field of standardisation, certification and quality management of agricultural products, capable of ensuring the quality and safety of food products and raw materials for public health, regulating relations between executive authorities, producers, sellers (suppliers) and consumers during the development, production, import into the customs territory of Ukraine, purchase, supply, storage, transportation, sale, use, consumption and disposal of food products and raw materials.

22.2% are doctors of science, professors
77.8% are doctors of philosophy (Ph.D.), candidates of science
