Student science festival – a spectacle of achievements and ideas (about the scientific achievements of the Club of agrarian and educational consulting)

 Science is a process of creative activity. Science is the source of development, the triumph of human intellect. Science is the highest stage of human intellectual growth, the top and most specific achievement of human culture. In the process of historical progress, science has become a productive force and an important social institution. It affects state, social and public life.

The best world format for popularizing science among young people today is the Festival, which promotes the formation of intelligence, stimulates interest in learning about the world, evokes respect for knowledge.

National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine is an educational institution whose mission is to create, systematize, preserve and disseminate modern scientific knowledge to improve the quality of life; to train specialists of European and world level of intellectual and personal development. It is not surprising that the Festival of Student Science has become a traditional spring event for our educational institution, a kind of Olympus, the honor of climbing which is awarded to the best.

On May 11-20, the jubilee X Festival of Student Science - 2021 was held, dedicated to the 123rd anniversary of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine and the Day of Science. At the first stage, the competition commission evaluated the activities and achievements of student research groups of educational and research institutes and faculties of the university for 2020-2021 academic year. based on the information presented on the web pages and in the provided presentations. To participate in the second stage - a solemn meeting in the form of a web conference - was invited the head of the scientific circles - the winners of the first stage, who were to present the work and achievements of the circles in an interview with members of the competition committee.

Participant of the Festival of Science - 2021, and then the winner of the competition of student scientific circles, taking second place, became the scientific circle "Club of agrarian and educational consulting", which operates on the basis of the department of pedagogy, faculty of humanities and pedagogy.

At a solemn meeting on May 20, the department of pedagogy successfully and with dignity, at a high level defended the honor of its unique circle "KATOK", presenting its activities, achievements and strategy for further development.

НThe opportunity to report on the fruitful work of the student scientific group fell to a member of the club, a second-year student majoring in "Professional education" Kyslenko Olha:

- It was very responsible and exciting for me to present the activities of the "Club of agrarian and educational consulting". Of course, I wanted to present a unique circle of the native department. That is why the organizer of the circle Oleksandr Prokhorchuk and I carefully prepared for the performance, thought through every word. In the end, everything went well, which is why I am extremely happy. After all, "KATOK" is not a formality, it is our support, mentor, place of our professional communication and growth! He deserves due attention!

The purpose of the creation and operation of the club is to realize the scientific and creative potential of talented students in the field of education. The main task of the group is to give students the opportunity not only to listen to certain educational material, but also to produce their own knowledge, gain unique experience of professional and scientific communication in the process of interaction with employers, in enterprises during direct practice. Such an experience is invaluable!

That is why meetings with representatives of agrarian business, excursions to modern agrarian enterprises, competitions of design works are organized for members of the circle. Club members take part in organizing and holding forums and congresses, in scientific and practical conferences and symposia, exhibitions of achievements of the agricultural industry, seminars and workshops, etc.

The main difference of "KATOK" from other scientific circles is that its members from the first year have an opportunity not only to visit the leading agrarian enterprises, but also to get acquainted with potential employers, to conduct dialogues with them on a professional level. To date, the Department of Pedagogy has organized close and fruitful cooperation with leading enterprises and organizations of the agricultural sector, educational institutions: PJSC "Dengoff Capital", companies "BTU-Center" and "Stela Laxhuber GmbH", Berezovorudskyi Agrarian College, DPTNZ Volodarsky vocational agrarian college", ITC "Silpo", PJSC "Myronivsky Hliboproduct"and others.

In the current academic year, despite the fact that it was held under quarantine restrictions, the members of "KATOK" distinguished themselves with their significant worthy victories at the All-Ukrainian competition of student research papers. Thus, a 2nd year student majoring in “Professional education” Victoria Cherepyanа (supervisor - R. Sopivnyk) took second place in the competition in the field of knowledge Professional Education, and a third-year student of the same specialty Marharyta Hulyan (supervisor - O. Yeresko) - 3rd place in the competition branches of knowledge Educational, pedagogical sciences. In addition, the members of the club published 14 scientific works, took part in competitions, seminars and scientific-practical conferences of various levels.

All this testifies to the effective and fruitful work of the circle, membership in which is evidenced by the vast majority of students majoring in “Vocational Education, Higher Education Pedagogy, Information and Communication Technologies in Education, teachers, employers, graduates, parents of current applicants.

As a group of interested students, the “Club of agrarian and educational consulting” already has a history and gathers more and more young people who seek to learn something new, are interested in how the world is built and developed, seek to reach the pinnacle of skill and intelligence.
