On April 1–2, 2025, the defense of bachelor's qualification theses by applicants of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education in the specialty 073 "Management" of the educational program "Management" of the correspondence form of study took place.
Before the defense of bachelor's qualification theses, the Dean of the Faculty of Agrarian Management, Anatolii Ostapchuk, familiarized those present with the order and wished the applicants of higher education and members of the examination committee successful work.
The head of the commission, Valerii Bondarenko, also congratulated the students on the next stage of their studies and wished them a successful defense of their bachelor's degree theses.
The defense of bachelor's qualification works took place in a mixed format. It is worth noting the high level of training of the applicants of higher education who presented the results of their research. The topics considered by the students are extremely relevant and interesting. Various aspects of managing activities at enterprises, the introduction of effective marketing tools into their work, practical principles for developing a strategy for the development of enterprises and stimulating communication interaction both within and outside economic entities were presented. The students provided specific calculations, and the conclusions they formulated were detailed and well-founded. The members of the commission asked questions to which the applicants gave thorough answers.
All students who defended their bachelor's theses received positive grades. At the end of the defense, the members of the examination committee thanked the students for their interesting reports and meaningful answers to questions and wished them success in their future professional activities.
