Educational work

The educational process is provided by a highly skilled teaching staff . Total number of teachers and teaching staff of the college is 105 , including 85 teachers (including administrative and managerial staff - 10 persons, masters of apprenticeship - 11 persons), 15 persons of teaching staff . According to the certification 37 college teachers were awarded the highest category , 21 - the first. Among the teachers of the highest category - 15 PhDs, 3 Honoured Teachers of Ukraine, one Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine , 3 Honored Teachers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea , 3 Excellences in Agricultural Education and Science of Ukraine, 5 Excellences in Education of Ukraine, 18 teachers -methodologists . Enrollment of students is about a thousand people per year. The college has four departments: "Accounting and audit" , "Production and processing of agricultural products", " Agrotechnologies and plant protection ", department of distance educationt.

Much attention is paid to the practical training of the students, in which they acquire practical and career skills . The base for the practice are educational and production areas of fruit, berry and vegetable crops, grape farms.

Taking into account the ever-increasing role of banks in a market economy in 1994, the College introduced a specialization "Accounting in commercial banks". Future bankers have practice in state and commercial banks. Cooperation with Southern Affiliate NULESU «Crimean Agrotechnological University" allowed in 2002 the first bachelors in "Accounting and Auditing" to graduate from the college.

Since 2007 training of specialists for EQL "Bachelor" in specialty " Agriculture" began, in 2010 - " Plant Protection".

Since 2011 training of young specialists in new specialty "Evaluation activities" started.

Planning of educational work at the college is provided in accordance with the main directions of the State National Program "Education", the Constitution of Ukraine , the Law "On Higher Education", "On Education", "On language in Ukraine", education of young people in the national education system, teaching recommendations of the educational work in higher educational institutions of I- II accreditation levels, subject areas of educational activities regarding direction of education, legal and other teaching materials. Plan of educational work is prepared with inclusion of all separated subdivisions. This allows to coordinate the work being done at the offices, departments, cycle commissions, dormitories, including community organizations, libraries and museums.

For leisure activities in college groups of amateurs, club of cheerful and smart are working, parties, concerts, profession contests are held. Sports clubs and gym work daily. Basketball, volleyball and soccer teams are training.
