On the last day of autumn of the military year 2022, the awarding of master's degrees at the Faculty of Agrarian Management of the National University of Life and Environmental Science of Ukraine took place. A benevolent, friendly and, practically, family atmosphere prevailed in the auditorium, where the joy of meeting, completing studies, and receiving the document awarding the Master's degree was combined with anxiety for those graduates who could not be present, because they courageously defend the independence and will of our Homelands in the East and South. The destructive and insidious actions of the aggressor are not able to stop the progress and break the indomitable of Ukrainians for freedom and achievements, the desire for education. It was this idea that became the main leitmotif of the ceremony on the occasion of the awarding of diplomas to masters of the Faculty of Agrarian Management.
This year, the rector of NULES of Ukraine, Academician of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Stanislav Nikolaienko was present at the awarding of diplomas at the Faculty of Agrarian Management. In his speech, Stanislav Nikolaienko first of all emphasized the importance of the management profession in the new realities. After all, in the post-war period, when the reconstruction of our countries will become a priority task, managers will have the task of organizing production processes in all branches and at all levels. The rector urged those present to remember certain postulates of the teachings of the great philosopher Jean-Jacques Rousseau, who emphasized the key role of agriculture for the economy, for the well-being of any country. For a long time, the Faculty of Agrarian Management has been training managers of the agrarian direction, which is extremely important in today's conditions. Stanislav Nikolaienko reminded the audience that along with other well-known graduates, a graduate of NULES of Ukraine, for example, was the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for two convocations, Ivan Plyusch, a talented organizer and economist. Of course, we all have to live in difficult times, it is difficult to accept the fact that in the 21st century we have problems with light and communication due to the merciless destruction of the country's power system, but the famous inventor and creator of the world's first incandescent lamp, Thomas Edison, said that that you should not be afraid of failure, but try again and again until you succeed.
Coordinating the event, the Dean of the Faculty of Agrarian Management, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor Anatolii Ostapchuk, called on all those present to honor the memory of the fallen hero, graduate and for a certain period of time, Deputy Dean of the Faculty, Serhiy Romanchuk.
Head of the Department of Management named after Professor J. S. Zavadskyi Tetiana Balanovska congratulated everyone present and noted that she is extremely proud of our graduates and their achievements and always looks forward to new meetings with them. In her opinion, it is necessary to actively implement the principle of lifelong learning, therefore, you cannot stop, but you must constantly improve yourself.
Anatolii Hrynzovskyi, Petro Drozd and Anton Karakai spoke on behalf of the graduates of the Faculty of Agrarian Management. It should be noted that Anatoly Hrynzovskyi and Petro Drozd themselves have significant management experience and have held leadership positions in the fields of medicine and education for many years. At the same time, they expressed their deep conviction that every manager needs a management diploma.
At the end, orders were read out regarding the expulsion of students of agricultural management from among those who are studying, in connection with awarding them the educational degree "Master" and obtaining a diploma.
We wish success to our master's graduates! May their fate be happy under the peaceful skies of our Motherland!
