Business game for the digital generation “Coffee with HR” for master students majoring in Banking

   Students of the Faculty of Economics participated in a business game for the digital generation “Coffee with HR”, held in February 2020.
   At the invitation of Head of HR of PrivatBank (Central department, Pechersk Branch), Nelly Grebinichenko, master students majoring in Banking took part in the business game for the digital generation. The purpose of the event was to hold classes in the form of a business game, conducted by bank employees in the the bank office. Students were supervised by Assistant Professor of the Department of Banking and Insurance, Оlena Zharikova and Assistant Professor of the Department of Banking and Insurance, Ruslana Mamchur.
 

    Teachers of the department actively use business games in order to improve the educational process. Students communicate with potential employers constantly through workshops, coaching, business games and workshop-seminars.
    NUBiP of Ukraine actively cooperates with PrivatBank. An example of this cooperation is the business game “Digital practice for the digital generation”, which opens opportunities for active teamwork, negotiations, making decisions in conflict situations, and finding new ideas in a limited period of time.
 

    Three teams from all over Ukraine, who will provide the best ideas for solving business game problems, will receive awards from PrivatBank head-office. During the event, which lasted more than 3 hours, master students majoring in finance also learned the details of innovative online practices, career opportunities at PrivatBank and talked with bank's managers. The game was held in a very warm atmosphere. The organisers provided cookies, candies and coffee for all participants.
