7 April 2025, 12:13

As part of supporting the educational process and strengthening the connection between students and faculty, a meeting was held between the mentor, Associate Professor of the Department of Vertebrate Physiology and Pharmacology, Hryhorii Boiko, and the students of Group 10, 4th-year.
During the meeting, Hryhorii Boiko emphasized the importance of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in training highly qualified specialists. He noted that the educational institution continues its active efforts toward international accreditation by the European Association of Establishments for Veterinary Education. A preliminary online visit by experts is expected on April 29-30, 2025, marking a crucial step towards international recognition of the faculty.

The mentor paid special attention to the organization of the educational process and the implementation of practical training in the second semester of the 2024-2025 academic year. Students were reminded of the need to prepare their documents on time for industrial practice and to take a responsible approach to their studies. Hryhorii Boiko urged students not to miss classes, maintain close contact with instructors, and adhere to behavioral rules under martial law during their studies.
The group leader, Daria Nikitina, highlighted the issue of student rankings based on academic performance and activity, the allocation of additional points, social support, and student participation in sports and cultural-patriotic events. She emphasized the importance of an active stance by each student in the academic and community life of the faculty.

During the meeting, students had the opportunity to ask questions that concerned them and received clear, well-reasoned answers. Both academic and organizational aspects were discussed to help students effectively plan their educational process.
At the end of the meeting, the mentor encouraged students to work systematically, stay in constant contact with each other, support their groupmates, and remain a united team. He wished everyone good health, academic success, and a peaceful sky above.
