Author of more than 200 scientific and methodical works. Co-author of 3 monographs, textbooks and workshops on farming. Managing editor of the editorial board of the journal "Modern poultry."
Key research areas: improvement of breeding poultry; development of an integrated assessment of production technology and quality control of poultry products.

In 1976 he graduated with honors from Zootechnical Faculty of Kamenetz-Podolsk Institute. From 1976 to 1980 he was a Director of Research Farm "Markeyevo" of Institute of Animal Steppe Regions named after M.F. Ivanov -"Ascania Nova". Deputy Head, Director of the Institute of Animal Steppe Regions named after M.F. Ivanov - "Ascania Nova" (1992-2001). PhD and doctoral thesis submitted in 1992 and 2005. From 2001 to 2004 - Head of Division of production technology and processing of sheep of institute "Askania Nova". From 2005 to 2006 - director of the Research Institute of technology and quality of livestock and fish farming of National Agricultural University. He has published over 170 scientific papers, including 11 textbooks and teaching materials, 3 monographs, has 25 certificates and patents of Ukraine for inventions. Co-authors of two native breeds of sheep: Ascanian meat and wool and Ascanian Karakul. Improving and developing technological systems of production and processing of sheep and goat breeding, studying minimization of energy consumption on the basis of complete cycles. Has been working for the department since 2004.

Associate Professor, Doctor of Agricultural Science, graduated with honors Zootechnical Department of Odessa Agricultural Institute (1985), zootechnician of collective farm "Peremoga" Cherkasy region (1985-1986.), a graduate of the Department of Physiology and Biochemistry of farm animals Odessa agricultural Institute (1986-1990 years), Research Fellow station Odessa (1992), a senior fellow at the Department of Technology of milk and beef UAA. From 1995 - Assistant Professor, and since 2003 - Associate Professor of Poultry Ukrainian Agricultural Academy.
Author of 196 scientific and methodical work. Co-author of 3 monograph and 1 textbook. The deputy chief editor of "Modern poultry." Under the direction V.V. Melnyk 131 students from different educational levels ("Bachelor", "Specialist" and " Master") protected final work.
Scientific research is aimed at developing methods for improving the implementation of the genetic potential of egg chicken crosses and processing methods improve the performance of different breeds quail.

She worked in the Research Laboratory of Genetics of Ukrainian Agricultural Academy (1986-1993), Laboratory of Sheep Genetics and Breeding (1994-1995), was PhD student of the Department of Pig and Sheep Production Technology of National Agricultural University (1995-1998). From 1999 – was Assistant Professor, and since 2006 - Associate Professor.
Author of 83scientific papers, including 73scientific and 12 - educational and methodical. She is developer of two State Standards. Scientific interests - Sheep Selection.

From 1996 she was working for the department of nutrition of agriculture animals and technology of feed production named after P.D. Pshenychniy at the capacity of technician of 1st category. After PhD program submitted her thesis in 2007.
Author of 89 scientific papers, 7 manuals, 5 certificates and patents of Ukraine, 2 state standards, 5 monographs. Research interests: issues of full feeding of rabbits and fur animals.

Candidate of Agricultural Sciences. In 2007 graduated from the faculty of technology of production and processing of animal products and received "Master" degree in this specialty at National Agricultural University.
After completion of PhD in 2011 he submitted his thesis of specialty 06.02.04 - technology of animal products. From 2011 to the present time assistant, senior lecturer, associate professor of the department of technology, economics and management in livestock production, technologies of production of milk, beef, pork and technologies in poultry, pig and sheep. Research interests: issues of maintenance of both repair and feeding of young pigs.
He has published over 135 scientific papers and 7 patents of inventions.

Honored workman of NULES of Ukraine, Associate Professor, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences. He was the main zootechnician of collective farm "Ukraina" of Radehiv district of Lviv region (1968-1971). In 1976 he graduated from Zootechnical Institute of Ukrainian Agricultural Academy. He worked as a senior research fellow of the Department of livestock feeding (1976-1983). Since 1983 he is the candidate of agricultural sciences. Assistant, Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor of the Department of Physiology of agricultural animals (1986-1992), Dean Deputy of Veterinary (1989-1990) and Zootechnical Institutes (1998-1999). He was awarded with labor rewards of Ministry of agro-industrial complex of Ukraine and Kyiv Mayor.
