General Information

Department of Management is graduating and provides training for organizational and administrative, educational and research activities in the field of organizations. The main aim of the department is to prepare modern managers, professionals with leadership ambitions, capable of managing its own vital functions and social environment, competently to apply models of modern management to make effective management decisions and achieve high business results.

The main Department objectives:

Creating programs of subjects and teaching methods based on modern pedagogical research technologies;
Widely usage in teaching of modern teaching technologies;
Introduction of scientific achievements in the educational process by creating new and improving existing teaching of subjects;
Implementation of research through scientific conferences, publications, advisory support to the educational, research and production units of the institute and institution farms;
Carrying out research and maintaining close links with industry.

Course and diploma works of students trained under the supervision of the department is constantly submitted to participate in national competitions of student research and theses, which took prizes. Top graduates are recommended for admission to graduate and post-graduate courses and are potential for further development of the department .
The main objective of the Department of External Affairs is improvement of methods and practices of teaching and learning according to the international level in order to integrate into the European and world education and science systems.
