Educational work
Comprehensive development of students is the best investment in the future of our country. Teachers of the department comprehensively contribute to the development of student self-government, conduct educational work, are experienced and effective mentors of academic groups of the Faculty of Agrobiology. Mentoring is considered as one of the main, effective forms of education and socialization of future specialists who will ensure the successful development of our country. In their activities, mentors are guided by a number of laws and documents: the Universal Declaration of Human Rights; the Constitution of Ukraine; the Law of Ukraine "On Education"; the Law of Ukraine "On Language"; the Regulations on the State Higher Educational Institution; the Charter and normative documents of the university; the Program of national-public education of students for the entire period of study.
The main activities of mentors of academic groups:
- conducting organizational, educational hours, joint planning of future events;
- facilitating the creation of an asset of groups and providing them with comprehensive assistance;
- improving the cultural development of students through visits to museums, exhibitions, theaters, etc.;
- development of student self-government, promotion of students of the group in university organizations;
- identification of individual characteristics, abilities of students, promotion of their creative development;
- encouragement to lead a healthy lifestyle, participation in sports events;
- informing teachers about the peculiarities of the psychological state of students of the group;
- constant monitoring of the health of students of the group;
- carrying out professional activities, encouragement to conduct scientific work
(participation in scientific circles);
- holding cultural events of departmental, faculty and university scales
