Dr. Sergiy Zibtsev, Professor of National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, Head of the Regional Eastern Europe Fire Monitoring Center.

Dr. Andrii Bilous, Head of Department Forest Mensuration and Forest Management, National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine (Kyiv).
