The first kick-off meeting Project BUSHROSS's
In October 2020, the European Commission presented the "Renewal Wave for Europe" strategy within the framework of the European Green Deal. The strategy contains an action plan with a list of specific regulatory, financial and enabling measures to stimulate building renovation with the aim of at least doubling the annual level of energy renovation of buildings by 2030. In order to pave the way for the EU Renewal Wave, significant efforts are needed from all stakeholders – national, regional and local authorities, energy agencies, consulting centers, builders. to assist homeowners throughout the process of residential energy retrofitting.
To promote the implementation of the innovative Single Window (OSS) method to offer citizens all the necessary knowledge and advice on improving energy efficiency (EE) and the introduction of renewable energy (RES) in private residential buildings are the main objectives of the Project LIFE23-CET-BUSHROSSs «Building Up Skills for Home Renovation One-Stop-Shops». The team of the Research Institute of Energy, Automation and Energy Saving of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine joined the implementation of the Project.
The first working on-line meeting of the project participants took place, which was attended by the European Commissioner Pierre-Antoine Vernon, European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA), Project Coordinator Padraig Lyons, National University of Ireland, Cork and benefits Sdruzhenie Kamara Na Instalatorite V Bulgariya, Ivanka Pandelieva-Dimova; Sofia Energy Centre (SEC), Bulgaria, Nina Nikolova, Centre for Renewable Energy Sources and Savings (CRES), Greece, Charalampos Malamatenios, Georgia Veziryianni; Stowarzyszenie Gmin Polska Siec Energie Сites (PNEC), Poland, Anna Jaskuła; Gradbeni Inštitut ZRMK (GI ZRMK), Slovenia, Marjana Šijanec Zavrl and Research Institute of Energy, Automation and Energy Saving, National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, Viktor Kaplun, Svitlana Makarevych, Olena Shelimanova, Andriy Bereziuk and Yevhen Antipov.



Each of the participating teams presented their institutions and highlighted opportunities for the implementation of the Project's tasks. During the meeting, the tasks of the work packages, the procedure for their implementation and the forms of reporting were outlined and specified. Points of the Consortium Agreement were agreed, approved members of the Supervisory Board, Quality Assurance and Risk Management Group(QARMT) and impact assessments (IAT): the dates and venue of the next meetings. In conclusion, the participants of the meeting discussed and approved the minutes of the joint meeting.
