STAFF OF THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERINARY SURGERY NAMED AFTER ACADEMICIAN I.O. POVAZHENKO ARE ACTIVE PARTICIPANTS OF THE VETERINARY FORUM "CURRENT ISSUES OF IMMUNOLOGY, INFECTIOUS DISEASES AND VACCINATION OF SMALL PETS"
Mykola Malyuk and Oleksandr Onyshchenko took an active part in the veterinary forum "Current issues of immunology, infectious diseases and vaccination of small domestic animals", which was held in Lviv on February 14, 2025.
Scientific and practical reports at the forum were presented by veterinary practitioners:
- Veterinary immunologist from the Czech Republic Jiri Neužil;
- Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, gastroenterologist Dmytro Morozenko;
- Expert in the field of treatment of diseases of rodents, lagomorphs and exotic animals Hanna Stepanenko;
- Laboratory diagnostics specialist, cytologist and geneticist Svitlana Fedorova.
Mykola Malyuk and Oleksandr Onyshchenko held a number of meetings with the organizers of the forum, veterinary companies that were represented, as well as foreign partners.
As part of the forum, a fruitful meeting was held with the General Director of Bioveta LLC in Ukraine, immunologist Jiri Neuzhil, at which issues of fundamental and applied immunology in veterinary medicine were discussed.
The general director of Bioveta LLC invited the department's employees to the Czech Republic for an internship at the Bioveta factory.
