Congratulations on the defence of diploma theses by students of the study programme "Agrochemistry in precision agricultural production"
Successful defence of master's degree in agrochemistry: a new generation of specialists in precision agricultural production
On 06 December 2024, the Dushechkin Department of Agrochemistry and Quality of Crop Production hosted a scientific and practical conference, during which the masters of the educational programme Agrochemistry in Precision Agricultural Production presented the results of their research.
The future specialists demonstrated a deep understanding of modern precision farming technologies and their practical application. The topics covered a wide range of topical issues: from optimising fertiliser application using satellite monitoring to managing the productivity of different crops in heterogeneous fields.
Particular attention was drawn to research on the use of NDVI vegetation indices for monitoring crop condition, differentiated fertilisation and analysis of spatial heterogeneity of fields. The masters presented the results of practical research conducted at leading agricultural enterprises in Ukraine, including Biotech LTD and Yurivka LLC.
The defence of master's theses demonstrated the high level of training of young specialists and their readiness to introduce innovative technologies into agricultural production. Graduates of the programme are proficient in modern methods of agrochemical monitoring and are able to effectively apply elements of precision agriculture to increase agricultural productivity.
Congratulations to the graduates on their successful defence
and wish you further professional achievements in the development of the modern agricultural sector of Ukraine!
