CAREER GUIDANCE OF THE DEPARTMENT CONTINUES

Valerii Tsvilikhovskyi, Associate Professor of the Department of Animal Biochemistry and Physiology named after Academician M.F. Hulyi, held a career guidance event at the Velykosnitynskyi Lyceum of the Fastiv City Council of Kyiv Oblast regarding admission to the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.

During the conversation, Valerii Tsvilikhovskyi focused on the choice of profession, where he noted the advantages of a veterinary specialist in various areas of the national economy. These include medical and diagnostic work, quality control and food safety, inspection activities and military veterinary service.

The advantages of studying at NUBiP of Ukraine were described in detail, including: the status of a national and research university; degree education; academic mobility programs for students; the opportunity to obtain a double degree; foreign internships; foreign language training; convenient location of the campus; developed infrastructure; active and interesting student life; sports and recreation; employment prospects.

Valeriy Tsvilikhovsky focused on the rules of admission to NULES in 2024 (https://nubip.edu.ua/node/30), information for school leavers (https://nubip.edu.ua/node/30), where he read out the list of documents, the list of NMT subjects (EIT), and the deadline for the admission campaign.

The importance of priority in the application process for applicants applying for state-funded places is emphasized. This means that the priority indicator of 1 (one) has the highest security for an applicant entering a specialty at the chosen university and is not subject to change.

The webpage of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine was presented, where students could watch information and videos about the life of the faculty.

At the end of the meeting, the attendees were invited to visit the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and learn more about the educational opportunities.
