Scientific internship of an associate professor of the Department of Management named after Professor J. S. Zavadskyi, Krystyna Dramaretska at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences

Scientific training abroad allows scientific and pedagogical employees to increase their knowledge level, master the latest teaching methods, gain unique experience and expand scientific contacts. From December 1, 2023 to January 31, 2024 Associate Professor of the Department of Management named after Professor J. S. Zavadskyi Krуstуna Dramaretska completed a research internship under the Scholarship Program of the Polish National Commission for UNESCO at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) under the supervision of the Professor of the Department of Economics and Organization of Enterprises of the Institute of Economics and Finance, DSc, Professor Agata Malak-Rawlikowska.

During the participation in the Program, Krystyna Dramaretska had meetings with the Director of the Institute of Economics and Finance, DSc, Professor Mariusz Maciejczak, the Head of the Department of Economics and Organization of Enterprises of the Institute of Economics and Finance DSc, Professor Henrik Runovski and other scientific and pedagogical employees of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. Possible areas of further cooperation and scientific research were discussed.

During the internship, Krystyna Dramaretska took part in various events organized by the structural units of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, as well as other organizations, including the Scientific Conference "Economic Situation in the Agri-Food Sector" (SGGW, December 7, 2023); Conference "The Mental Well-being – The Perspective of Agricultural Producers, Science, and Business" (Institute of Rural and Agricultural Development, Warszawa, December 12, 2023); scientific conference from the series: "Modern Management" entitled Challenges and Trends in Management Contemporary Organisations, (SGGW, December 13, 2023); scientific conference "Transmission and Effects of the COVID-19 Pandemic in the Agricultural Sector", (SGGW, December 15, 2023); IV Scientific Conference "Logistics Challenges in the Modern World" (SGGW, January 18, 2024).

At the meeting of the Department of Economics and Organization of Enterprises of the Institute of Economics and Finance Krystyna Dramaretska delivered a report "Peculiarities of trade in agricultural products between Ukraine and EU countries in modern conditions", which aroused considerable interest and lively discussion.
