The second semester of the 2023/2024 academic year successfully started

The winter holidays for students of higher education ended. The academic semester at the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine began on February 5, 2024.
The scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Management named after Prof. J. S. Zavadskyi, actively held lectures and practical classes starting from the first day. So, on the first and second lessons Associate Professor of the Department of Management named after Prof. J. S. Zavadskyi Mariana Aksentiuk held practical classes for students of the first (bachelor`s) level of higher education (4th year, 4th and 5th groups, Specialty "Management") in Strategic Management on the topic "Fundamentals of Strategic Management".
Head of the Department of Management named after Prof. J. S. Zavadskyi Professor Tetiana Balanovska held a lecture in Human Resources Management for students of the first (bachelor's) level of education in the Specialty "Management" on the second lesson.
The Senior Lecturer of the Department, Mariana Dobrivska, held a lecture in Management for students of higher education (4th year of the Faculty of Economics) on the second lesson. The teacher familiarized the present students with the concept and essence of Management and also focused in detail on the components of Management, its tasks, and its purpose.
On the third and fourth lessons, the Associate Professor of the Department, Mariana Aksentiuk, held practical classes for students of the first (bachelor`s) level of higher education (1st year, 4th and 5th groups of the Specialty "Management") in Leadership, Management of Communications and Team Interaction.
On the fifth lesson, Tetiana Balanovska held the lecture in Business Management for students of the second (master's) level of education. On the 4th and 6th lessons, Associate Professor of the Department Alina Troian, held practical classes in this discipline. During the lecture and practical session, the teachers familiarized the students of higher education with the concepts of "business" and "entrepreneurship", entities of entrepreneurial activity, the business environment, as well as the role of management in a successful business.
The lecture in Logistics for students of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education (4th year, Specialty "Marketing"), took place on the fifth lesson. During the lecture, the Associate Professor of the Department of Management named after Prof. J. S. Zavadskyi Kristina Dramaretska explained the role and importance of logistics to the students.
The staff of the Department of Management named after Prof. J. S. Zavadskyi congratulates the students of higher education on the beginning of the new academic semester and wishes them success.
