In one breath: how was the first week of student life of first-year masters of the EP "Management of Investment Activity and International Projects"

On September 4, 2023, according to the approved schedule of the educational process at NUBiP, the 2023-2024 academic year began for first-year masters. This year and last, graduates of various specialities from our university and other educational institutions became students who expressed a desire to study at the "Management of Investment Activity and International Projects" program.

The first day of training began with a meeting of masters with the teaching staff of the Department of Production and Investment Management. First of all, the students were interested in the peculiarities of studying in the chosen educational program and the organization of the educational process. The answer to the first question was heard by the corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Economics, Professor Lidia Shynkaruk, who is the founder of the department and the guarantor of the educational program "Management of Investment Activity and International Projects". She expressed confidence that this educational program is the choice of creative and self-confident people who strive to develop their professional abilities and financial growth. Who else but us, Ukrainians, to build our freedom, prosperous, independent Ukraine!

Acting Head of the Department, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Tetiana Vlasenko drew the students' attention to the peculiarities of the organization of the educational process in the 2023-2024 academic year, focusing on the main points of studying in the master's degree program "Management of Investment Activity and International Projects".

During communication with the Department of Production and Investment Management teachers, most of the masters have already formed in their heads the topics and directions of their future research, which they immediately began to discuss. Thus, the acquaintance gradually became the first pair – "Project Financing".

On Wednesday, the masters had a meeting with their mentor, Candidate of Sciences in Public Administration, Associate Professor of the Department Anna Dergach, during which many organizational issues were resolved, namely: the choice of the head and deputy head of the group, the issue of payment for training, organizational aspects of work on the Elearn learning portal, etc. The issue of compliance with the rules of conduct under martial law in Ukraine during the organization of the educational process at NUBiP of Ukraine in the 2023/2024 academic year was not overlooked. Finally, the masters and the mentor noted that the first week of student life was rich and productive. Everyone was a little tired but satisfied with the result.

But it turned out that this was not all! On Thursday, the masters met with the Rector of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, Academician of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences and the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Stanislav Nikolaienko. Resumes from students – "Interesting, informative, dynamic and useful!"
