September 7, 2021 scientific and pedagogical staff of theManagment Department named of the professor. J.S. Zavadskyi took part in the scientific-methodical seminar "School of pedagogical skills".
The seminar was started by Vasyl Dmytrovych Shynkaruk, Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work, Doctor of Philology, Professor, Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine, with a report "On the state and prospects of the education system at the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine".
In his report, Vasyl Dmytrovych drew the attention of research and teaching staff to the activities they must perform, as well as acquainted with the strategic directions of university education and stressed the need to improve the quality of educational, scientific and innovative activities.
Yaroslav Mykhailovych Rudyk, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor of theManagment Department and Educational Technologies, continued the seminar with a report "Directions of ICT application by teachers of higher education institutions". Yaroslav Mykhailovych acquainted scientific and pedagogical workers with the advantages and difficulties of using information resources in the educational process and provided information about the possibilities of ICT for career guidance and management activities.
The report "Virtual reality in education: new opportunities for student learning" was made by Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor of Pedagogy Oleksandr Volodymyrovych Kuchai, who revealed the benefits of using virtual reality in learning and introduced colleagues to the main trends in VR and AR technologies in training.
Oleksandr Mykhailovych Prokhorchuk, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Pedagogy Department, Associate Member of the Ministry of Education and Science at the Ministry of Education and Science made a report "Digital Trends in Education". The report was aimed at acquainting young research and teaching staff with the main current trends in the introduction of new digital technologies in the educational process and the prospects for the introduction of artificial intelligence in education.
Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor of thePedagogy Department Oksana Viktorivna Vasiuk joined the speech at the seminar with a speech on the topic: "Organization of distance learning in higher education institutions abroad." Oksana Viktorivna described the advantages and disadvantages of using distance learning abroad, as well as highlighted the practical experience of distance learning abroad.
Liudmyla Mykolaivna Omelchenko, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Psychology Department, concluded the seminar with a report “Professional Burnout Syndrome”, which stressed the need to prevent stressful situations during the performance of their official duties and avoid conflict situations.
