Transmissions of tractors and cars
The transmission of tractors and cars is designed to transmit torque from the engine to the drive wheels or sprockets of the machine, as well as to the working bodies of some agricultural machines. With the help of the transmission, you can change the speed of movement and traction force on the driving wheels or sprockets, engage forward and reverse gears, and also smoothly start and stop the car. That is why in the second part of the study of the discipline "Tractors and cars" the transmission of wheeled and tracked vehicles is studied, the main structural elements of which are presented in the modern laboratory "Transmissions of tractors and cars".
The laboratory "Transmissions of tractors and cars" occupies an area of 60 m2 and contains the following types of equipment: the "General Purpose Tractor" stand in section, the driving axle of a truck in section, a universal row tractor in section, an automatic gearbox and scientific material for the study of the second part disciplines "Tractors and cars" - transmission of wheeled and tracked vehicles. The laboratory "Transmissions of tractors and cars" is designed for practical and laboratory work and optimal design of the transmission.
The transmission is one of the automotive systems that have various components and parts in their composition. Their main task is to transfer effort from the motor to the drive axle. However, this is only a superficial view of the transmissions of a modern car, in fact it requires a more detailed study.
